Sermon in the Park is a confessional church. We declare that the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the only inerrant and infallible Word of God and are our only rule of religious faith and practice. As a church, we adopt and fully subscribe to the document commonly known as the “1689 Second London Baptist Confession of Faith”, as subordinate summary of religious doctrine, and find it to be as a faithful expression of the doctrine taught in the Scriptures.
